Sudha Elavarti
Sudha is a mission-driven product executive, advisor, and mentor committed to driving impact through technology and community engagement. With 21+ years of experience, she has led high-impact product teams at Shipt/Target, Twitter, Microsoft, and Expedia while advising AI startups on scaling and growth. Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and customer advocacy, she champions equitable opportunities and empowers teams to excel. She specializes in elevating products and fostering an environment where people feel empowered to drive meaningful impact.
Shreya Nambiar
Shreya is a dedicated high school student at South Forsyth High School with a strong interest in technology and a natural talent for problem-solving. She actively participates in several tech-oriented clubs and is driven by a desire to use technology to address real-world challenges. Her innovative work earned recognition from Connecticut Lt. Governor’s Computing Challenge for a solution she developed. Outside of her accademic and tech persuits, Shreya enjoys playing the piano, staying active with tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
Kristin Seubold
Kristin is a healthcare information technology expert with a true gift for creating visionary strategies and turning them into reality. Kristin excels at building high-performing teams, not just driving results, but fostering a work environment where people thrive and truly enjoy what they do. With her innovative mindset and leadership approach, she’s transforming organizations, bringing value at every turn.
Rashmi
Rashmi grew up in India, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from SATI and an MTech from IIT Delhi. She moved to Atlanta in 2000. She has been working in IT for the past 26 years and currently leads the Development Team of ICE’s Derivatives Trading platform. She is passionate about learning and growing and feels an enormous surge of joy when mastering a new skill. She believes there is a skill gap, and the best contribution one can make is to enhance others’ skills in some way.
Shilpa Tiwari
Shilpa is a Technology Executive with expertise in Data, platforms and AI. Shilpa is also a gubernatorial board member at the Washington Higher Education Facilities Authority. She has a Masters from UPenn and Technology Management from Wharton. Shilpa is passionate about developing one’s authentic self holistically. Outside of work she has a keen interest in Yoga, meditation and wellness.
Karin Turchin
Karin is a Chief People Officer with a passion to build. She is a start-up veteran, has built and scaled the people function in five early-stage tech companies, and has rebuilt it in three larger, mature companies. Her leadership style is that of a player-coach, and people trust her with their careers. As an INTJ and Ennea 3 she can imagine it and also implement it. Outside of work, Karin enjoys Yoga, Sauvignon Blanc and watercolor painting.
Raina Gandhi
Founder and CEO of Rising Tide Consulting, Raina Gandhi empowers women to overcome internal and external barriers in the workplace and take on more leadership roles. Raina earned her MBA from The Wharton School, serves as an ICF Professional, and leverages her certifications in change management (CCMPTM), CliftonStrengths and Strength Deployment Inventory to adapt her practice to the unique culture and expectations of each organization to ensure its leaders manifest a fulfilling career.
Ruchi Arora
Ruchi is a technology, and data executive with vast experience in transforming, and scaling business. She has unique problem solving capabilities, and proven AI/ML, analytics and data product experience that has consistently resulted in top line growth, operational efficiency and delighted customers. In addition Ruchi is a Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion advocate, and an active member of many Women in Technology and Data communities.

Kalpana is a seasoned leader in Technical Program Management and Operations, with over 20 years of experience. Passionate about networking and investments, Kalpana combines her professional acumen with a keen interest in building connections. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, watching movies, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
